What FW version and driver are you both using? It doesn’t always happen but every month or so I open something that has page settings set to print to legal paper. Have yet to find a permanent solution to this issue. This has “worked” for 2 no issue reported by users but not for one other. I factory reset it and now It is fine. Thanks for the solution.

This should fix the issue temporarily. This is the only thing that fixes it for me right now. N and factory resetting lser the firmware update. Arrow thru the options until you get to letter and push OK. Dating back a few years and only 3 have shown this dell b2360d-dn laser printer xl.

We use dell dn exclusively for desktop printers, I run into dell b2360d-dn laser printer xl error on a weekly basis. Within a few weeks the setting will probably get overwritten by something and you just follow those steps to fix it again. Once here the problem is it’s been set to something other than letter. The fix is easy but I haven’t heard from dell about a permanent fix.
